Points Charts -- How many points do I get??

I have run an NBL race, how do my points count?

The below information should answer most of your racing related questions. If you have additional questions or if you need clarification please email info@richmondbmx.com and someone will get back to you with an answer/clarification.

NBL Entry and Race Fees

Richmond BMX is an NBL sanctioned track. To participate in these events you must hold a valid NBL license. This license may be purchased at the track before your first race. It is good for a year from the date of purchase and the cost is $45.00. With the purchase of your license your first race is free, afterward, the RichmondBMX rate schedule is in effect (see the rate schedule below).
A trial membership is also available to riders who want to try the sport for 30 days. A trial membership is $30.00 and is good for 30 days from the date of purchase. When your 30 days is up you may pay the additional $15.00 and your license will be good for a year from your original purchase date. If you choose a trial membership you must pay the race fee of the day and when you convert to a full license you will then receive your free race.
On certain dates the entry fee to race for the day is higher than normal (double-points race days, Bob Warnicke Scholarship race days, State Series race days, etc). If you sign up as a new rider on these day you must pay the higher entry fee and you will receive a certificate to use for a FREE race on any regular race day.

Volunteer Program

To encourage parents to volunteer, $3.00 in track bucks will be given, per race, to each volunteer. You can use your $ 3.00 for race fees or to purchase concessions.
